In the autumn of 1994, I moved halfway across the world to London. After moving house six more times in as many years I was finally able to settle in Wimbledon. Once settled and having completed high school I went to college I was very keen to study photography, having been interested in the practise as a hobby for many years. I attended Kingston College completing a Btec in Photography.

I then attended Thames Valley University (now known as University of West London) obtaining my Bachelor of Arts in Photography and Digital Imaging in 2010. At Thames Valley University I had opportunity to work under the guidance of artists such as Matt Finn, Carol Hudson, and Carolyn Lefley, documentary photographer Matt Lea, and commercial photographers Ed Davis and Bill Blanco. During this time I also assisted various photographers and volunteered at the Viewfinder Gallery while it was still located in Greenwich.

Having moved to London, England when I was 7 years old I have recently returned from an extended trip to my hometown of Pensacola, Florida. Where during this time I have spent time with my family, been reunited with old friends and made many new ones, perusing personal projects as well as working with Jef Bond of Bond Photographics. At Bond Photographics, I have been able to learn new Adobe Photoshop techniques and also acquiring experience using Adobe Lightroom.

Currently back in the UK I am interning at the Art Space Galleries in Mayfair and at Hotel Elephant in Elephant and Castle.
